Success Formula
A complete, science-backed blueprint for high-performance habit change.
“Changed my life.” A great book with a great story. I experienced the power of consistency — and because of it, I started to read again. My eyes opened. I highly recommend it.
The pattern people remember.
Different teams. Different roles. Immediate impact.
Product knowledge and the ability to turn that knowledge into teachable points for an unfamiliar clientele was impressive.

Olia built a robust internal training for a complex product line across cross-functional teams. It left me empowered to use them.

Olia and team designed the best onboarding process — easy to use, engaging, and held to a high standard.

Built from zero.
Seen on global stages.
From Ukraine to Canada, from corporate learning to AI — Olia Stasiuk built her career around one question: how do people stay valuable when the world changes faster than they can prepare for?
Work with Olia
I grew up in Ukraine and moved to Canada after university with an engineering degree, a language certificate, and no professional network in a new country.
Over the last 12+ years I built a career across learning, leadership and AI — training 700+ employees across Canada, building L&D systems from scratch, founding and exiting my first business, launching Bonzai AI, speaking at Google New York, Microsoft Reactor Toronto, VivaTech Paris, Web Summit Vancouver and IT Arena in Lviv, and writing two books, including the Amazon #1 Bestseller, 66 Days Success Formula.
The through-line in all of it: understanding how humans learn, change, behave, think, perform and build professional value when the world around them changes. That is what AI for Human Performance™ is built on.
Today, my work is focused on one mission: helping ambitious professionals become sharper, stronger and harder to replace in the age of AI.

Become
AI-Native
at work.
A 66-day system for ambitious professionals who want to think clearer, communicate stronger, make better decisions, and become harder to replace in the age of AI.
Take the AI-Native Readiness Test
Is AI really moving
your career forward?
Everyone has access to the same tools.
Very few know how to turn them into an advantage.
Do you ever feel like you’re falling behind—even though you’re already using AI?
Are you using AI, but not seeing a real impact on your results, income, or opportunities?
Do you worry that someone who understands AI better could take your place?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these, start with the diagnostic.
The test will show where you stand now — and what to improve first.
Why 66 days?
Because lasting performance is built through new habits — and reinforced through spaced practice.
The Performance Code™ method combines two proven bodies of research to help you build behavior change and strengthen what you learn. It is a structured system designed to turn AI use into a repeatable way of working.
This is not a course you watch once and forget.
It is a 66-day system built to help you apply, improve, and turn AI into a repeatable way of working.
Inside the program
Real work project design
Build one AI-powered project around real work in your role.
AI skills for building & creating
Use AI for text, images, video, presentations, code, automation, websites, avatars, and more.
Communication & work systems
Turn what you create into clearer communication and repeatable systems you can use in your role.
Olia and her team go through the details and make sure every attendee fully understands the content. She keeps answering questions until everyone in the room gets it.
9 Weeks. 18 Sessions. One AI Performance System.
Not more AI theory. A structured program for ambitious professionals who want to understand the new rules of work, apply AI to real projects, and become visibly more valuable.
You’ll learn why AI gives generic answers by default — and how owners, managers, and clients evaluate work, speed, judgment, initiative, and value.
How AI Thinks. How People Think. How Employers Judge.
Before you ask AI to create anything, you need the right structure: goal, audience, context, sequence, standards, risks, and success criteria.
The Framework Before the Prompt
You’ll choose one project from your role, business, or career and build an AI strategy around it — what to automate, improve, protect, and prove.
Your Real Work Project
You’ll use AI to build the first usable version: a plan, proposal, presentation, workflow, content system, landing page, or another asset that fits your work.
Create the First Version
You’ll create visuals, videos, avatars, presentations, websites, translations, and voice content — without needing a designer, editor, or studio for every idea.
Create Without a Production Team
You’ll make your ideas clearer, sharper, easier to approve, and harder to ignore — for managers, clients, teams, investors, or audiences.
Communication That Gets Taken Seriously
You’ll review weak AI output, fix shallow thinking, compare options, get feedback, and make the result genuinely useful.
Improve the Work Until It Looks Professional
You’ll turn what you built into repeatable prompts, templates, workflows, standards, and habits — so AI becomes part of how you work.
Your AI Performance System

Hi, I’m Olia.
I built this program from real-world performance — not internet influencer theory.
I moved to Canada right after university — with no network, no ready-made plan, and no ideal starting point.
Over the last 12+ years, I built a career across learning, leadership, and AI: training 700+ employees, leading 200+ workshops and training sessions, building L&D systems from scratch, working with Fortune 500 environments, founding Bonzai AI, writing 2 books — including an Amazon #1 bestseller — and speaking on stages including Google, Microsoft, IT Arena, Web Summit, and VivaTech.
I created this program to help ambitious professionals use AI not just to keep up — but to think sharper, communicate better, perform stronger, and become harder to replace.
If this feels like the level of support you need, choose your next step.

- Usage and device information. Like most websites, we may automatically collect basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited, referring page) to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
- Course progress. If you take a course, limited progress data (such as which lessons you completed) may be stored in your browser or your account to give you a continuous experience.
3.How we use your information
- To deliver the course, program, or service you purchased, and to give you access to your account or materials.
- To process payments and issue receipts, refunds, and certificates.
- To send you the newsletter and updates you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To respond to your questions and provide support.

4.Legal bases for using your data
Where the law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (to deliver what you bought), your consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw anytime), our legitimate interests (to run and improve the business securely), and legal obligation (for tax and compliance). In Canada we handle personal information in line with PIPEDA.
5.Service providers we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- EmailJS — to deliver newsletter sign-ups and contact-form messages.
- Netlify — website hosting and delivery.
- Google Analytics (when enabled) — to measure website usage in aggregate.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel (only with your consent) — to measure the performance of our ads.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
6.Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure usage, and — only with your consent — measure the performance of our advertising. When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them; analytics and marketing cookies run only if you allow them. Full details, including the specific cookies we use, are in our Cookie Policy.
7.How long we keep your data
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while you have access to a course, while you are subscribed, and as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting reasons. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us through our contact page. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any newsletter.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can complain to your data protection authority. In Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; in the EU/UK, it is your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
9.Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
10.International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and Canada. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
11.Children
Our courses, programs, and content are made for working professionals and are intended for adults. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us through our contact page and we will delete it.
12.Business changes
If the business is sold, merged, or reorganised, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that the products and services you signed up for can continue. Any new owner will remain bound by this Privacy Policy or will notify you of any material change.
